Stand By Me (SBM) is Daikin’s new connectivity platform to support professional installers, end user and organisations such as social housing providers. Within the Stand By Me Platform, there are three dedicated sections for each user segment, making it more effective and easier to use.

Providing all the tools you need to manage your installations and warranties in one place via your personalised Stand By Me account, this all-in-one platform is designed specifically to increase your efficiency, saving you time to make every minute count.

When you want to complete a registration on Stand-By-Me, you need to sign up first. You can do this by using the registration button on the website. This opens a pop-up screen where you will be choosing an e-mail address and password for your new account, then complete your remaining info on the following pop-up screens.

Once you have completed this, a validation mail will be sent to your account to verify this is really you. When you have validated your e-mail address by clicking the link in the mail, you will be redirected to Stand-By-Me and you are ready to start your installation registration.

In case you use a social logon option (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter) there is no need to validate your e-mail address but you will need to log on once you have completed the registration flow in the pop-up screens.

We are aiming to continuously improve the services that Stand By Me platform offers to our customers. In order to provide you with high quality support and establish enhanced communications between you and your service partner, we need you to provide us with your contact details and some information about your unit.

By registering your unit, you can access the live record of your product. You can register your warranty with a simple click and access the Remote Metering & Monitoring Cloud of your Heat Pump.

In Stand By Me, there are three dedicated platforms for system owners, Registered Social Landlords and Daikin installers. You can create an account first to access your personalised portal and then register your product. This is possible, either by entering your commissioning code (given by your Daikin installer), or by finding your product via the Stand By Me online product catalogue.

If you are already registered, you can simply sign in via the link provided in the homepage to view and modify your account and previously installed products.

The product ranges that are currently eligible to be registered via the platform are the Daikin heating products (Daikin Altherma Heat Pump, Hybrid Heat Pump and the Gas Condensing Boiler). If you own a Daikin Altherma Air-to-Water Hybrid Heat Pump, you can access your remote metering & monitoring data via the Stand By Me platform.

To change your credit card number during the checkout process, access the checkout page and navigate to the payment method section by selecting the package you wish to apply. Confirm all the data and go to the details. If everything is correct, proceed to the order overview and select the payment method. Once you've made your selection, click on "Order Now" and provide all the necessary information for the credit card you wish to be charged. Please note that changing the card is possible whenever a new order is being placed.
